Staff is friendly and selection is great. Plus, in-store DIY dog wash is very convenient and well-stocked. Ask about the 5 wash deal--much better value than just buying one at a time.
I stop in here about once a week to pick up fish food. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have a decent selection of products that are reasonably priced. The best part is you don't have to search for someone to help you which is not the case at many stores. Good option for people looking for basic pet supplies for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, small mammals, birds, etc.
This place is convenient and great, the staff is supper nice and really care about you and your pets. Good job to everyone there! Also they have a wealth of information an reptiles, a lot of the people who work there are avid pet lovers and owners and will gladly help you with your situation. It is a small place though so sometimes you may have to wait for help but they really take there time to help everyone and make you satisfied.
After a long day of work I get home and find out my cats have fleas...oh no. I got in right before close but there was a very nice lady who was extremely helpful and took the time to really help and when she didn't know something she got someone who did. Places like this live and die off there guest service and my experience rocked.
Employees are friendly. I go mostly for dog wash. Would be happier if they had my dogs shampoo but otherwise nice place
