after reading the reviews I'm baffled. I found the man who answered the phone to be rude and unhelpful, and frankly he didn't seem like he wanted my business. I asked for a $70 dollar arrangement to be delivered and it was like pulling teeth, he was very short, saying stuff like, "oh you want GREENS with the lilies, well, fine! OK!" and "I don't have time for a website. " HE's the floral arrangement stylist, good lord, I just wanted to send something nice, an arrangement. Not just a few strands of lilies. But he seemed like this request was unheard of and not normal. Be nicer guy, or don't you want to help celebrate special events and birthdays. They are other florists out there to give my money to, dude.
I visited here on Mother's Day and the owner was so friendly. She was patient with me and helped me create a beautiful arrangement for my mom. She took time out of her current task to help and my mom loved them!!! Definitely going back
Florist on Forest is the place to find the best floral arrangement for any occasion. The knowledge and skill in handling plants, demonstrated by Steve and his counterparts, is absolutely amazing. Putting together a beautiful floral arrangement is truly an art, which makes this shop all the more special.
As an out-of-town student, I asked about a ordering/delivering flowers to my mom in Glen Ellyn, for mother's day - the bouquet was absolutely beautiful. I definitely plan to order from here again :)
